Short Stack launched in 2013, founded by Nick Fauchald, Rotem Raffe, and Kait Goalen. We published our first three volumes through the success of a Kickstarter campaign. Now, we’re up to 28 volumes, which we sell here, and in retail outlets across America and around the world. Last year, we came out with a big cookbook, full of more than 100 brand new recipes from our contributors and pretty awesome photography. Check it out here.
In creating Short Stack, we drew from our experience working in cookbook and magazine publishing. Like the best cookbooks, Short Stack Editions consist of original recipes created and rigorously tested by a single author with the home cook in mind.
