ABOUT THE BOOKS
Do you offer digital versions of your books?
Nope! We decided long ago to stick to good old-fashioned paper. However, we frequently offer recipes in our newsletter (sign up!) and on our blog.
Where are the books printed?
We print our books at Circle Press in New York City.
How often do you publish new books?
We currently publish 6 editions each year, roughly every 2 months.
Who writes the books?
Each book is written by a different author. Our authors are some of America’s best food writers, cookbook authors, recipe developers, food stylists and restaurant chefs.
Who designs the books?
Our creative director, Rotem Raffe, designs all of the covers, illustrations and layout for each book.
How many recipes in the book?
Somewhere between 20 and 25 recipes, depending on the volume.
Are there any photographs?
Nope! We love food photography, but also think they photos often make cookbooks look dated. However we enjoy sharing photos of recipes from the books on our social media feeds and website—and we invite you to do the same.
Do your books go out of print?
No, or at least not for very long. We reprint editions whenever we run low on stock.
